![]() I've had Nero products on and off for about 10 years and I will never buy anything from them again. So I initiated 3 - count 'em, 3 - separate email inquiries to Nero Sales, which you don't need a serial number to contact. Adding insult to injury, you can't CALL anybody from Nero. That would be the same product listed by name as under current support in the paragraph immediately above. The site informs me that THIS PRODUCT, WHICH I PURCHASED LAST WEEK, IS NOT ELIGIBLE FO SUPPORT. When you go on their website for support, you have to enter your serial number in order to initiate a support ticket. There are obviously registry entries left behind as all further install attempts automatically fill in the serial number. Of course I uninstalled/reinstalled, installed with elevated privileges, installed with Antivirus disabled, etc. Error code indicates a possibility that a 32-bit executable installed instead of a 64-bit. ![]() Incredibly- could NOT install Nero Burn Express 3. Built it out with nothing more than a totally clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate and Norton, all windows updates. This was pretty good equipment, 12 Gig RAM, Maximus-III motherboard, etc. Pros: None - bad experience with product, worse experience with support.Ĭons: After upgrade to Skylake and Win 10, I decided to build out my old MB, Memory and Processor purely to rip my CD collection.
